Native iOS/Android
The XMC mobile app does not require an internet for you to complete deliveries and other mobile transactions. This is essential for route operations that are critical to your customer service. Having an offline app means that you can serve your customers fast every time. The XMC mobile app is downloaded from the Apple App or Google Play stores. Each new release is backwards compatible to the XMC console. Some of our clients choose to distribute the App using an enterprise license for more control.
Personalized for Individual Needs
Individualized experiences can be created depending on the needs of each individual mobile user. XMC has a permission-based user experience, meaning that, even though it’s the same app, route sale drivers may have different options than pre-sale reps, which may be different for delivery drivers, or sales managers.

Usability and adaptability go hand in hand with successful enterprise software. Features of the XMC mobile app include visibility to daily route schedules, truck inventory, and critical intelligence. Transaction processing is made smart and easy, using Transaction Memos (think “guided workflow”, enforced COD, sales from Customer Catalogs, required signatures and more). Delivery drivers can even process home deliveries by taking advantage of XMC’s Quick Delivery option.

XMC takes advantage of the best in today’s mobile technology. Driver reps will benefit from options for printing and bar code scanning. XMC’s deep integration with your ERP allows XMC to take advantage of integrated Sales Tax, Credit Card Processing, and WMS systems. Drivers can also receive Alerts, view Reports and Analytics, complete Tasks, Surveys, Service Equipment, and so much more!
